Stellar Beach Mission
At Stellar Beach, we focus on training fundamental beach volleyball that caters to every skill level. We know what it takes to compete at the highest level and we design programs that set our players up for success while training in a fun environment. We offer year round beach training that is compatible and complementary to indoor volleyball seasons. Our Fall and Spring beach sessions work in coordination with school and indoor club seasons to provide high quality and time efficient training. We want to keep our players in the sand while balancing a schedule that is manageable for the whole family. So, hop on the beach train and join our Stellar Family!
Stellar Beach Volleyball
Houston Stellar is one of Houston's Premier girls juniors volleyball clubs. We are entering our 11th year as a club and are extremely excited to announce the start of Stellar Beach Volleyball. Beach Volleyball has become very popular the past few years and is a great compliment to indoor volleyball. Beach Volleyball was introduced as an NCAA D1 scholarship sport in 2015, which has drawn many juniors to the sport. As a current NCAA D1 Beach player for LSU TIgers, (Ranked #3 Nationally) - Stellar Beach Director Oliva Ordonez along with coaches Claire Zanon and TIffany Blevins will teach the proper fundamentals and techniques of beach volleyball while providing advice and assistance with college recruitment and teaching how to successfully compete in beach volleyball.
Beach Volleyball
Although the skills are similar to Indoor volleyball the techniques and strategies are very different. The overall feel, lifestyle and experience of the Beach is very different. With only two players on the court, playing time is never an issue and it forces players to become well rounded volleyball players who can pass, hit, serve and set while learning how to be a great teammate. Whether Beach is your preferred sport or a compliment to indoor volleyball, you are sure to have a great time learning from Stellar Beach coaches who have competed at the highest level. Practices (20 total)
*players will be grouped and assigned by age and experience. As players develop they may be asked to join another court.

- Next $100 due before May 30th
- Last $100 due before June 30th

- Beach Gear - Nike Stellar Beach Tank & Shirt
- Tournament Coaching - Shared coaches at specified tournaments
- Outdoor Shower and Restroom Available on site
- Teams will responsible for enrolling and paying for their own tournaments. Approx. $60/team/trny.
- Stellar will provide a list of tournaments along with information including date, location, age and cost
- Private lessons available upon request. Contact coaches directly. $60/hour solo, $50/hour 2-4

Additional Information
- Each player must be registered with USA Volleyball Lone Star Region (outdoor memberships are $25 payable to USAV/LSR). If you are all ready a USAV/LSR member we just need your USAV#, indoor memberships are GOOD for outdoor volleyball.
- Players must purchase and AVP membership to play in AVP Tournaments $20/year
- For USAV Beach players can play with any club. Affiliated club does not matter, anyone can play as long as they are USAV members.
- Teams - Players sign up individually, however they can select a partner or we can pair them with an appropriate competitive partner.
- First Practice: Monday May 9th
- Practice Ends: July 15th
- Players should bring their own water, hydration beverages, snacks and sunscreen.
- Outdoor shower is available
- Restrooms are available
